HOW TO FORMULATE A SALBUTAMOL CLEAR SYRUP

Take 90 Litre sorbitol 70% solution in an S.S. container. Add Salbutamol sulphate in it and turn on the stirrer to obtain a clear solution. (Solution A).
Put remaining sorbitol 70% solution in Final Mixer.
Turn on the Final Mixer and add; solution A to it.
Take 45 Liter Deionized Water and add citric Acid to obtain a clear solution. Put this solution in Final Mixer.
Take 45 Liter Deionized Water and add Sodium citrate to obtain a clear solution. Put this solution in Final Mixer.
Take 45 Litre Deionized Water and add Sodium Benzoate to obtain a clear solution. Put this solution in Final Mixer.
Add Glycerine in Final Mixer.
Add Rectified Spirit & Flavour in Final Mixer.
Make up the volume up to 1800 liters mark.
Mix the batch for one Hour & give sample to Q. A.
