PRINCIPLES OF CO-ORDINATION

1. Direct Contact: This helps in exchanging the opinions and ideas in a better way and clarifying the misunderstanding more easily.
2. Early Start: Co-ordination can be achieved more easily in the early stages of planning and policy making by consulting the members while planning.
3. Horizontal Co-ordination: This means the co-ordination among different departments of enterprise. If inventory department is not co-ordination with production department, the production department will be failed.
4. Continuity: Co-ordination should be continuous and never-ending process.
