THE COMMUNICATION PROCESS


THE SENDER OF THE MESSAGE: Communication begins with the sender, who has a thought or an idea, which is then encoded in a way that can be understood, by both the sender and the receiver.

USE OF CHANNEL TO TRANSMIT THE MESSAGE: Oral or written message transmitted through Memorandum Computer, Telephone, Telegram, or Television.

THE RECEIVER OF THE MESSAGE:

Ready for receiving message,

Decoding of message,

Understanding of message.

NOISE AND FEEDBACK IN COMMUNICATION: Communication is affected by noise, which is anything that hinders communication whether in the sender, the transmission or receiver part. To check the effectiveness of communication, feedback is essential.
